How fast are the alerts?
Our scanner polls willhaben every 5 minutes. On the Full plan, you're notified within minutes — typically before the first applications come in. On Free, you get a daily digest.
Do I need a Telegram account?
No. On Free you pick between Telegram and daily email. On Full you get alerts on both channels in parallel.
Are you scraping willhaben?
No. Mietscan is a distributor, not a competitor — every alert contains the direct link to the original listing on willhaben. We use only the public RSS feed.
What happens to my data?
Your filters, email, and Telegram ID are stored on an EU server (Railway, Amsterdam). Listings contain nothing personal. PDFs for the contract check are auto-deleted after 24 hours.
What's the contract check?
An AI-powered check of your rental contract against Austrian MRG: Richtwert, deposit, term, unlawful clauses. Included with Full. Standalone €19 per check.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Monthly cancellation. We don't refund partial months, but you keep access until the period ends.
Is this legal advice?
No. Mietscan is an information tool. For legal steps, contact the Arbeiterkammer or Mietervereinigung Österreich.
When do you officially launch?
September 15, 2026. Until then everything is in beta and free. Signups get a discount code at launch.
