These terms govern your use of mietscan.app. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. Service Description

mietscan.app is a tool for the Austrian rental market that analyzes rental contracts using AI and sends alerts for new rental listings. The service is currently in beta and free to use until 15 September 2026. No payments are processed during the beta.

2. Not Legal Advice

The AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. For any binding assessment of your rental contract, please consult a qualified lawyer.

3. Accuracy and Liability

The analysis may contain errors or omissions. mietscan.app is not liable for any decisions you make based on the analysis or alerts provided by the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use automated scraping or bots against the service;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the upload endpoint;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service Availability

mietscan.app is provided on an “as is” basis during beta. We do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be announced on this website at least 14 days before they take effect. Paid features are planned to launch on 15 September 2026; separate terms and pricing will be published before any payment is collected.
